James is a real estate professional, licensed as both a managing real estate broker and a residential general contractor. He holds an MBA and an education in business and property law, is an experienced real estate broker and investor, and serves as a member of the City of Fort Collins Historic Preservation Code Advisory Council.

James and his wife Anna live in downtown Fort Collins, where they received the Outstanding Historic Restoration Award from the City of Fort Collins for the restoration of their historic home. Both natives, they love the Fort Collins community, are thankful to live in beautiful Colorado, and are proud alumni and fans of the Colorado State Rams.

Adam is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado. He studied at the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds a B.A. in Economics. Prior to his career in real estate he was employed in the financial services industry for 20 years helping people plan their futures.
Adam, his wife Amber, and two children, Georgia and Grayson, live in South East Denver. They enjoy spending time together exploring all that Denver and the great state of Colorado have to offer. Adam is a native of North East Colorado and is an avid snowboard and long distance runner.
